Jess Jackson was admired and respected by many, his legacy includes huge contributions to the industry beyond Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay. His love of the land and never ending quest for quality was honest and true. I've worked in this industry for 20 years and have never seen a company that puts it's money where its mouth is in respect to quality or sustainable agriculture. I think you've taken a very narrow view in this story and have some obvious bias. I wouldn't have expected it.
